• Please  e-mail, telephone or fax us with your requirements and we will respond as quickly as possible  with product availability, information and prices.

• Please telephone or fax us with your credit card details or send a cheque.

• Blue Water Supplies is based in Jersey in the Channel Islands.  We do not charge VAT although VAT or a local sales tax may be payable on delivery.  (Orders with a value of £18 or under are VAT exempt).  For orders delivered to the UK, VAT is, in theory, payable on delivery (to the postman or delivery driver).  Sometimes VAT is not collected in which case there is no obligation to declare the goods separately.

• Standard carriage is via parcel post although UPS is available at an extra charge.  Parcel rates available on request.  Blue Water Supplies accepts no responsibility for items lost in the post although every effort will be made to recover items.  (The probability of losing a parcel is very low - we have not lost any parcels in the last two years).  For parcels sent via UPS, insurance is available at 1% of parcel value.
